Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell across your upper back. Lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then press back up to the starting position.
Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs): 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell in front of your thighs. Hinge at your hips, keeping your back straight. Lower the bar towards the floor, then slowly return to the starting position.
Walking Lunges: 3 sets of 10-12 reps per leg
Step forward with one leg and lower your body until both knees are bent at 90 degrees. Push off with your front leg and return to the starting position. Repeat with the other leg.
Glute Bridges: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
